The last Easter Eggs

Tonight I slept a full 17 hours, without waking up once. Can you imagine that? I didn't know it was physically possible for a person to sleep that long in one go. But apparently, after the BEST General Assembly in Croatia last week, the long travel home and working nights to finish a large university project these past days, it is possible to sleep 17 hours non stop. Good to know.
In those 17 hours I had quite many dreams. Some melted smoothly from the one into the other, others were separate but related in a way, connecting back to each other from time to time, and others were totally different. I'm one of those lucky people that dreams detailed full color 3D and Dolby Surround dreams and is even able to remember them days after :-) My dreams last night were kind of interesting, they were somehow highlighting the things in my life that stress me, things I worry about, people I care about, uncertainties I doubt about and even some secrets I never told a living soul!

My roller coaster life is heading faster and faster to the end of another chapter, and that's not only influencing my unconsious night time adventures, but also the way I'm feeling lately. I'm living in 'the meantime', somewhere between the end of my university years and finding a job, somewhere between the family I grew up in and a family I'll call my own, somewhere between living in Belgium and moving to other countries, somewhere between old friendships and new love... In the meantime, where you have to make choices that will steer your future in a clear direction. In the meantime, where you think and learn a lot, another stairway in 'growing up'. In the meantime, where you suddenly realise that you'll no longer be able to do 'everything' forever. In the meantime where in a way you feel that all you can do is just wait, and leave your future blowing like the thread of a spider's web in a greater space. In the meantime, where you have to know and trust that whatever happens will be for the best. Because you know that if you live with that attitude, your chances that all really will have been for the best in the end increase... I think too much! I'll go back to what I was doing: eating the last Easter eggs and finishing the last projects before I graduate.
